What we collect
Account info (email, display name), content you submit (drafts scored by Sal Brain, Lexicon entries), engagement signal from posts you publish through Echo, and basic device/usage analytics. Camera frames captured for Sal Director are processed on-device and not uploaded.
How we use it
To operate the app, score and improve Sal's models, calculate Pay-Per-View payouts, and notify you about your account. We do not sell personal data.
Who we share with
Service providers strictly necessary to run Echo: Firebase (auth + storage), Anthropic (Sal Brain inference), payout rails (M-Pesa, Stripe). Each is bound by data-processing terms.
Payments & escrow
Creator payments and Kodra Credits top-ups are processed via M-Pesa (IntaSend) and card rails. Campaign budgets for brand bounties are held in Kodra Holdings escrow — funds are held by Kodra Holdings and released to creators on verified results. We store the transaction records (amount, status, references) needed to operate payouts and escrow; we do not store card numbers.
Your rights
You can request export or deletion of your data anytime. Email privacy@kodrasal.com and we'll action within 30 days.
